Primal Point Health is an integrated behavioral health, primary care, and home health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across Maryland. We are licensed as an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and partner with our Residential Service Agency (RSA) Level 3, allowing us to deliver both clinical and home-based services.
